How do I handle constant questions and pressure from family?
Every gathering turns into 'any good news?' and advice about temples and diets. I dread it.

Your feelings are valid — constant questions can be painful even when meant lovingly. A few approaches: agree together as a couple what you're comfortable sharing; prepare one short, warm line like 'We'll share news when there's something to share — thank you for caring'; and change the subject calmly after saying it once. If one relative is especially intrusive, ask your spouse or a trusted elder to speak to them privately. You can also limit time at events that are hard. If it's affecting your sleep or mood, a counsellor can help you plan conversations. Protecting your peace isn't rude.
Community answers are shared experience and general information, not medical advice. For anything about your own treatment, ask your doctor. If you're struggling, Tele-MANAS (14416, 24×7) is there to listen.
I cry often, we argue about money and next steps, and I feel I'm failing. Does everyone feel like this?
My cousin and two close friends announced pregnancies this month. I'm happy for them but I cried after each one and now I feel like a terrible person.
I wonder if it's because I waited to marry, or because of stress at work, or something I ate. My husband says it isn't my fault but I can't shake the guilt.
I have monitoring scans almost every other day. I'm worried about how to explain without oversharing.
