By using Miro Connect ("the guide", "we", "us"), operated by Miro Fertility, Hyderabad, India, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the guide.

Miro Connect is an independent guide that helps you discover and compare fertility & IVF clinics. We are not a clinic, we do not provide medical treatment, and nothing on the guide is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified doctor for medical decisions.

Listing information — including ratings, reviews, treatments, and cost estimates — is compiled from publicly available sources (such as Google) and from clinics themselves. It may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. A "Verified" badge indicates we have taken steps to confirm a clinic's ART registration; it is not an endorsement, certification of quality, or guarantee of outcomes.

You should independently verify a clinic's credentials, ART registration, success rates, and costs directly with the clinic before making any decision.

When you request a callback, you consent to us sharing the details you provide with the specific clinic you chose, so they can contact you. We do not guarantee that a clinic will respond or offer any particular service or price. Any consultation, treatment, or transaction is solely between you and the clinic; Miro Connect is not a party to it.

You may post clinic reviews and article comments. Share only your own genuine, first-hand experience, and do not post anything false, defamatory, promotional, or that reveals another person's private or medical information. All contributions are moderated — we may edit, decline, or remove any of them at our discretion. By posting, you grant Miro Fertility a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and reproduce your contribution across the guide, and you remain responsible for what you post.

You agree not to scrape, copy, or bulk-extract listings, misuse the callback feature, submit false information or fake or incentivised reviews, or use the guide for any unlawful purpose.

The guide is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miro Fertility shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the guide or your dealings with any clinic. Because the guide is free for patients, our total liability for any claim is limited to INR 1,000.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
