Get verified
We check your registration with the medical council and approve your contributor profile.
Step 3
Pitch or submit
Send a topic with an outline, or a complete draft. We reply within 10 working days.
Step 4
Edit and publish
We fact-check and edit; you approve substantive changes, and the article goes live under your name.

Contributor guidelines
Who can contribute
- Registered medical practitioners in reproductive medicine, obstetrics & gynaecology, andrology, urology or embryology — or allied experts (embryologists, fertility counsellors, nutritionists, psychologists) writing within their field.
- Contributing is by approval only. Sign in, apply once with your qualifications and medical council registration number, and our team verifies them before you can submit. Articles are published under your verified name and credentials.
What we publish
- Original, unpublished, patient-friendly explainers of 800–3,000 words, written for an Indian patient reading about the topic for the first time.
- Evidence-based: cite the guidance or studies behind clinical claims (ESHRE, ASRM, NICE, ICMR, peer-reviewed literature). Say plainly where the evidence is weak or contested.
- Plain language. Explain every medical term the first time you use it.
- Markdown or plain text is fine — headings, lists and links to sources are welcome.
What we will not publish
- Promotion of any clinic, hospital, doctor, product or package — including your own. No clinic names in the body, no phone numbers, addresses, offers or "book a consultation" calls to action.
- Success rates or outcome figures that can't be traced to a published, verifiable source.
- Diagnosis, dosing or protocol advice for individual readers, or guaranteed / miracle framings.
- Anything touching sex selection (prohibited under the PCPNDT Act), or content that breaches the ART (Regulation) Act 2021.
- Text generated by AI tools and submitted without being written and checked by you, or content already published elsewhere.
Disclosure and credit
- Your byline carries your name, qualifications, designation and affiliation as plain text, plus a short bio. We don't add links to clinic websites.
- You must declare any conflict of interest (e.g. you offer the treatment you are writing about, or have ties to a manufacturer). It is printed on the article.
- Contributions are unpaid, and no one can pay to be published. Publication doesn't change how any clinic appears in our directory.
Editing and rights
- Our editorial team edits every piece for clarity, accuracy, house style and our editorial policy. You approve substantive changes before publication.
- You keep copyright. You grant Miro Fertility a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to publish and adapt the article on our sites; please don't republish it elsewhere for 90 days after it goes live.
- We may decline or remove a piece at any time, and we correct errors under our corrections policy.
