Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Miro Connect (operated by Miro Fertility, Hyderabad, India) collects, uses, and protects your personal data. We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023. Browsing the guide requires no account and no personal data.

You can browse the entire guide without an account. We collect personal data only in a few specific situations:

When you request a callback from a clinic:

• Your name, phone number, and (optionally) email;
• The city and clinic you're enquiring about, your treatment interest, and any message you add;
• A record of your consent (the exact text, version, and time);
• Limited technical data — a one-way hashed IP address and browser user-agent — used only to prevent abuse.

When you post a clinic review or comment on an article:

• The display name you choose and the content you write — both shown publicly once approved;
• An optional email address, used only to contact you about your submission and never displayed;
• A CAPTCHA check (Cloudflare Turnstile) and the same hashed technical data, used only to keep out spam and bots.

When you tap a clinic's phone, WhatsApp, email or website:

We record an anonymous engagement event — which clinic and which channel — so clinics can gauge interest. It carries no name, number, or other identifying detail.

We use your enquiry solely to pass it to the specific clinic you chose so they can contact you. We display the reviews and comments you choose to publish (after moderation), use limited technical signals to prevent spam and abuse, and use aggregate, non-identifying analytics to understand how the guide is used and improve it. We do not sell your data, and we do not broadcast it to clinics you didn't choose.

Your enquiry is shared only with the one clinic you selected, with your explicit consent. Beyond that, we rely on a small set of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations — hosting (Railway), email delivery, spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), and analytics (Google Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics). We also disclose data where required by a valid court order or law. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

Under the DPDP Act 2023 you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, to withdraw consent for any optional processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India. To exercise these rights, email us (below).

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deliver it and for legitimate record-keeping, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Essential cookies keep the site secure and functioning. To understand which pages and cities people find useful, we also use Google Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics. A cookie notice appears on your first visit to let you know. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to sell your data.
