Should I take leave from work during IVF, and how do I tell my employer?
I have monitoring scans almost every other day. I'm worried about how to explain without oversharing.

You don't have to disclose details. Many people simply say they have 'a medical treatment with frequent appointments' and ask for flexibility — start and end times, a few work-from-home days, or leave around egg collection and transfer. Most clinics can offer early-morning scan slots, and can provide a medical certificate stating a procedure date without naming the treatment. Plan for 1–2 days off around egg collection and a day or two around transfer; many people continue regular work otherwise. If you have an HR contact you trust, it can help to talk to them in confidence. Your health information is private, and sharing is your choice.

I cry often, we argue about money and next steps, and I feel I'm failing. Does everyone feel like this?
My cousin and two close friends announced pregnancies this month. I'm happy for them but I cried after each one and now I feel like a terrible person.
