The report shows normal forms at only 2%. How worried should we be about sperm morphology?
Count and motility are fine but morphology is 2% and it's marked as low. Everyone online says different things. Does this affect our chances a lot?

Morphology is the percentage of sperm that have a normal shape when viewed under strict criteria. Those criteria are very strict, so even in fertile men most sperm look 'abnormal'. The current reference value used by many labs is around 4% normal forms, which means a result of 2 or 3% is below the reference but not dramatically so. On its own, mildly low morphology with normal count and motility is considered a weak predictor of fertility. Many couples with results like this conceive naturally or with simple treatment. Morphology readings also vary between labs and between samples from the same man, so a single result is not the full picture. Very low morphology (close to 0%) or specific defects affecting all sperm are a different matter and need specialist review. General steps that support sperm health include not smoking, limiting alcohol, keeping a healthy weight, staying active, and avoiding prolonged heat to the groin. New sperm take roughly three months to develop, so any change needs time to show. Your doctor will look at morphology together with count, motility, the female partner's tests and how long you have been trying before suggesting a plan. See a fertility specialist if you have been trying for a year (or six months if the woman is 35 or older), or sooner if other results are abnormal.
