I'm terrified of the IVF injections. How do people cope?
I get anxious even with blood tests. The thought of injecting myself daily is overwhelming.

You're far from alone, and most people find it easier than they feared. Practical tips: ask the clinic nurse for a hands-on demo and practise on the pen with a saline trial; most stimulation drugs use very fine needles with pen devices. Numb the spot with ice for a minute, rotate sites, and let alcohol dry before injecting. Pick a fixed time daily, keep supplies in one tray, and consider letting your partner give them. Call your clinic promptly for severe abdominal pain, rapid weight gain, a swollen belly, vomiting or breathlessness — these can be signs of ovarian hyperstimulation. If the fear is truly overwhelming, tell your doctor; they can arrange nurse support.
