Terms of Service

Miro Fertility ("Miro", "we", "us", "our") is a personal health tracking platform designed to help individuals record and organise information related to their reproductive health and fertility journey.

Important: Miro Fertility is NOT a medical device, clinic, or healthcare provider. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified fertility specialist or reproductive endocrinologist for medical decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Miro. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may only create one personal account. Clinics must use the Clinic account type — not a personal account — to access clinic features.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms
• Upload content that is false, misleading, abusive, harassing, or harmful to others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code
• Post content in the community that violates another person's privacy or rights
• Solicit, advertise, or promote commercial products or services in the community

Miro is a personal record-keeping tool. The data you enter is for your own reference. Reference ranges, educational content, and guides provided on the platform are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

We comply with the PCPNDT Act 1994. The platform does not and will not facilitate determination, disclosure, or communication of the sex of a fetus under any circumstances.

You own all health data you enter into Miro. We do not claim ownership of your personal health records.

By using the community features, you grant Miro a limited licence to display your community posts to other users, consistent with your privacy settings. You can delete community posts at any time.

You can export or permanently delete all your data at any time via Settings → Privacy or by contacting us.

Clinics that use Miro to manage patient records are bound by additional clinic-specific terms and data processing agreements. Clinics may only access patient data where the patient has explicitly connected their Miro account to that clinic. Clinics may not access patient data after the patient disconnects.

Miro Fertility, its logo, platform design, educational content, and guides are the property of Miro Fertility and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miro Fertility shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to reliance on information displayed on the platform for medical decisions.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. For free-tier users, our total liability is limited to INR 1,000.

We aim to provide reliable, continuous service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give at least 90 days' notice and provide a way to export all your data.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and in-app notification of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
