Miro Care is a Fertility AI Companion for patients. You upload your reports and Miro explains what's happening at every phase of fertility treatment in plain language, builds a portable Fertility Passport from your records, and lets you message your clinic directly.
Yes. Signing up, uploading reports, getting plain-language education for every phase of IVF, building a Fertility Passport, messaging your clinic, and sharing your passport are all free — no credit card required. The clinic portal (used by fertility clinics, not patients) is a paid fertility EMR billed per clinic.
No. You can use Miro independently — log your cycles, upload labs and reports, learn what each phase means, and make sense of your records between appointments. If your clinic is on Miro, connecting them adds real-time protocol updates and a direct messaging channel; if not, you still get the full passport, the education, and one-click doctor-ready sharing.
A Fertility Passport is a single portable record of your reproductive health — labs, scans, medications, treatment cycles, and outcomes — that you own and can share with any clinic via a secure, time-limited link. Miro builds it automatically as you upload reports.
The Companion explains what's happening in your body at every phase of IVF — stimulation, retrieval, transfer, the two-week wait — in plain language. It flags red-flag symptoms to call your clinic about, and prepares a doctor-ready summary plus questions for every appointment.
Period trackers predict ovulation windows. Miro Care is built for the next step — actual fertility care. It carries your AMH, FSH, semen-analysis, prior IVF cycles and embryology data in a structured passport you can share with any clinic in one tap, supports long PCOS cycles, and explains every phase in plain language. We don't sell ads or your data.
No. Miro is a patient-education and record-keeping tool — it does not diagnose, prescribe, or change protocols, and it is not a medical device. Clinical decisions belong to you and your doctor. Miro helps you walk in better informed and never lose track of a dose, a date, or a report.
Yes. You control which clinic sees your record — one tap to connect, one to disconnect — and what each share link includes. Miro is DPDP Act 2023 compliant, hosted in India with TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest, and never sells health data. Export and account deletion are one-click actions in settings.
Yes. Miro is PCPNDT 1994 compliant — fetal sex information is never recorded, displayed, or shared anywhere on the platform.
Generate a secure share link from your dashboard. The clinic opens it in a browser — no account needed — and sees a read-only view of the details you chose to share. Links are time-limited and can be revoked any time from your settings.
Yes. Miro offers a clinic portal — a lightweight fertility EMR built around the patient-owned passport, where clinics manage patients, appointments, treatment cycles, prescriptions and invoicing. Visit /for-clinics to request access.
The app is accessible globally, but clinical content is tuned for India. Patients outside India can still build a passport and use the Fertility AI Companion for plain-language IVF education.
