The way cases are handled lacks professionalism and proper care. Like some other hospitals, this place also seems more focused on making money rather than patient well-being. We lost our father here within 20 days. After initial treatment, he was discharged and sent home. Within 3 days, his condition became c

Despite being such a big hospital, they have no clarity about doctor availability and absolutely no sense of how to communicate with patients. The doctor comes only once a week, and even that is never confirmed. Sometimes they say the doctor is coming, sometimes they say the doctor is out of the country — and this information is given at the last moment. If a doctor is not available, patients should be
