I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The behavior of the nurses was extremely rude and careless. The patient was in an emergency condition, but the staff was not responsive at all. They didn’t even properly check the patient’s blood pressure and simply gave an injection based on old reports without any proper examination. Another frustrating thing was during the night, we had to call the nurses 3–4 times before anyone responded or came to help

One of the worst hospital in Varanasi. Dr.Smita Tandon. For pregnant lady Prescribed medicine which is not required as per second doctor opinion based on report. Not explaining medicine uses at all even trying to return medicine but their self running medical store not allowing to return medicines…doctors handwriting can only readable to their medical store staff. Here you have only consume medicine without asking anything.no satisfaction, This is good hospital for

All hospital staffing services behaviours very good, communication is excellent and diagnosis and treatment found excellent. Housekeeping is also good.

Amenities poor. Cleanliness poor. Support staff help is helpless. TPA service is for sucking your insurance balance without giving any detailed IPD bills. Doctor does not explain the course of treatment or condition to the attendants. Overall an unpleasant experience. Not recommended at all.
