When a patient is admitted to a hospital, the least one expects is that their concerns will be acknowledged and addressed. I called multiple times regarding an important concern about my father’s condition, but unfortunately no one took responsibility or responded appropriately. In my mother case they can't able to Trace illness, RMO are not experienced.They do worthless tests, generic medicines used in medical store, Private rooms rate are too high they are not spacious. In winter No Heater.fascility. Monitor for patient showing BP, Pulse do not work properly, No cleanliness in Balcony. Maina doctor visit must be 2 time daily

He explained everything properly and gave the right treatment. The hospital staff was also supportive and cooperative. Overall experience was very good. Thank you to the doctor and the whole team.
