I took treatments like mud therapy, hydrotherapy, massage therapy, physiotherapy, exercises and yoga sessions as recommended by the doctors. I visited Shri Jayarangha nature cure hospital and met Dr. Sughumar. He advised me to take treatments for a week. Clearing all sort of doubt and queries with out any hesitation . Yoga session was very useful to improve my health and body .
