From the moment we arrived, the medical team acted quickly, professionally, and with great compassion. The doctor handled the situation with expertise and care throughout the treatment. Thanks to her expertise and care, I was able to have a completely normal and safe delivery without any issues. We are so grateful for her guidance and support in bringing our baby in our hands 🥰
5Amal raj· 4 months agoWe had a very good experience at Nalam Hospital with Dr. Poongothai. She is a very good doctor — highly knowledgeable, experienced, and kind. My daughter was admitted for delivery in December 2025. With the doctor’s excellent care and guidance, she had a normal delivery and both mother and baby are in good health. The fees and charges were very reasonable. Thank you for the wonderful care and support.

The labour ward staff were very supportive and positive throughout the process. The doctor explained my condition clearly during every visit, which gave me great confidence.
