Employees of companies come here for treatment for the ailments they suffer.They not only get treatment for the ailments but they are authorised to take one or two days paid holiday.The workforce if they don't want to go to work they simply come to the Esi hospital get approved holiday for 1 or 2 days reporting they are sick for which they get paid .so most of the people get paid reporting sick.
