The reception people and nursing station sisters behavior and attitude is very poor They do not provide clear information regarding bill payments. When asked for a copy of the bill, their response is that it cannot be provided. However, they have no hesitation in collecting cash payments

I had a very good experience at Parvathy Hospital. The doctors were highly professional and attentive, providing clear explanations and proper care throughout the treatment. The nursing staff deserve special appreciation for their kindness, patience, and dedication. They were always available when needed and ensured comfort and support at every stage.

Got a quite satisfying treatment from here. Nurses and doctor are good. Cleaning and other duties are perfectly done. Almost well equipped facilities are available. Overall, a good atmosphere.
