4Gopika Sreekumar· 5 months agoI visited the hospital with my 4-year-old son due to fever. The treatment and after-care provided by the doctor were good, and I am satisfied with the consultation. However, punctuality was a major issue. I was informed that the doctor would arrive at 9:30 AM, so I reached the hospital at 8:00 AM as I also needed to return to my office. I had the first appointment, but I was not given priority. My son and I had to wait for a long time and became very tired. Th

The doctors and other healthcare staff were also professional and compassionate. From the day of admission, she had wheezing and chest congestion, but despite repeated reminders, the surgeon treating her seemed focused only on the infected leg and paid little attention to her other symptoms. No chest X-rays were ordered, and blood work was only done at the time of admission, with no proper follow-up investigations during
