5BB Dahal· 7 months agoFirst of all thank you so much to Doctor Prag Kr Agarwal Sir for taking care of me as a family member till hospital admitted times. We came here for my treatment and were worried in the beginning, but the doctors gave us hope and treated him with utmost care. They explained every procedure in simple nepali language so that we understood clearly. The nurses were very kind, and checking to every patients regularly at mid night also. The patient was admitted following a head injury, and a CT scan was advised, which came out normal. Despite this, the hospital did not proceed with the discharge. The patient continued to experience pain and uneasiness, and it was we — not the attending doctor — who had to request an MRI. As we are not from the medical fiel
1Pranisha Khawas· 7 months agoworst experience,the staffs are not accountable nor are they available at the reception,they take you to some other hospital for tests and make you wait there for hours and still not do anything until you enquire them many times, nor do they have wardboys to handle the patients and the sisters have to struggle to put and take critical patients in the ambulance, very unprofessional they don't handle the patient with care nor do they give proper information.
