There is absolutely no queue management at the reception—people keep barging in and staff does nothing to control it. The same issue continues near doctors’ rooms, where some patients walk in directly while others are left waiting for 30+ minutes. No guidance near labs—no one to tell patients where to go. The whole system is confusing and complete

Undoubtedly, this is one of the best healthcare providers in North Bengal. The service was excellent throughout — from the management team to the nursing staff. Most importantly, Dr. Katyal’s behaviour was extremely kind, friendly, and reassuring, which made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommended. Awesome overall service!
