I delivered my baby boy here through C-section, and from the very beginning till the end, I felt completely supported and cared for. Dr. Monika’s guidance and calm presence gave me so much confidence. Her surgical skills are excellent – the procedure was done so smoothly that I hardly felt like I went through major surgery. Even after delivery, the way she and her

Staff took my phone under the pretext of “helping” and proceeded to give themselves a 5-star rating without my genuine consent. This is completely unethical and misleading for other patients. I felt helpless during my stay, as even after calling for assistance, nobody came on time. There also seemed to be a lack of proper knowledge about medicines and patient care. The nurse was unable to answer my questions clearly, which created more stress and confusion. Additionally, the insertion of the jelco/IV cannula was not
