The staff handled the paperwork efficiently, and the doctors explained the treatment plan clearly. The nursing team was attentive, ensuring comfort during my stay. While the facilities were clean and well-maintained, the waiting time for admission could be improved. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, and I appreciate the care provided.

1BABLU KUMAR· 3 months agoRating: ⭐ (1/5) Very poor experience with the pathology department. My baby girl’s sonography report was not provided even after 3 days. The reception staff did not give any clear information or proper response when asked about the delay. This kind of negligence is very disappointing, especially when it involves a child’s medical report. The hospital should improve its report delivery system and communication with patients.
