1Aravinth Arumugam· 3 months agoA hospital is a place where people expect honesty, care, and genuine service. Unfortunately, my experience here was the complete opposite. There was a clear lack of empathy and integrity. I felt that fear and urgency were used as tools to influence decisions and push for unnecessary expenses.
