She guided us properly at every step and always made the best decisions based on the patient’s condition. The delivery was done through a C-section (operation) on 14th March, and everything was handled very smoothly and safely. We felt completely secure throughout the process. We had vaccum assisted normal delivery, baby had weight of 3.5kg doctor motivated my wife. Nurses are well trained, well behaved and caring. Overall, experience is good. Just few suggestions- Transparent and swift billing process. Seamless discharge process.

On 2 June, I booked a Deluxe Room at Bansal Hospital for my wife's expected delivery on 5 June. At the time of booking, I was assured that the room would be available and I deposited an advance amount of ₹2,000 as required. 1Rudra pratap Singh· 4 months agoTerrible experience.. Management made me wait for 3-4 hr every time i visit the hospital. They keep on insisting that dr will be here in 15 min, but never came before 3-4 hr and happened thrice with me. This even happens to me when i have a prior appointment to the dr. What I noticed is Dr is good but irresponsible behaviour from management.
