1sachal tigga· 2 months agoExtremely disappointing and insensitive experience at Samford Hospital, Kokar, Ranchi I had booked an appointment today (18/04/2026) with Dr. Rohit Lal, orthopedic doctor for my elderly mother, who is suffering from an ankle fracture and was on a wheelchair. We were instructed to arrive at 1:00 PM. Despite reaching on time, we were made to wait for THREE HOURS (till 4:00 PM) with absolutely no information about the doctor’s whereabouts. My mother, already in pain,

The hospital maintains excellent hygiene and a well-organized environment that makes patients feel safe and comfortable. The staff is polite, supportive, and always ready to help with any queries. Doctors are highly experienced, give proper time to patients, and explain treatment clearly. The OPD services run smoothly with minimal waiting time, and the coordination among departments is impressive. Overall,
