This hospital feels more like a marketing firm than a medical institution; doctors were more interested in promoting unnecessary procedures than actually listening to my concerns. Avoid if you're looking for genuine treatment, not a sales pitch.

Quite surprised to see 100% 5-star ratings, which raises serious concerns about their authenticity considering the infrastructure they have. It appears these may be the result of a promotional or marketing strategy led by Mr. Amit Anand. Patients should be extremely cautious—consider whether you’re looking for genuine medical care or just another marketing pitch before visiting this clinic.

Wonderful experience with Joy Hospital. Dr.Amit Anand was a wonderful physician/intensivist with having a team of wonderful doctors.the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose joy hospital and would highly recommend to anyone.
