Pathetic Services! Is this a hospital or a torture chamber? My patient was admitted here on May 18th at 1:00 PM, and it has been a brutal 24 hours. We were assigned a room on the top floor where the heat is absolutely unbearable. The AC is completely useless, and they haven't even provided a basic wall fan for the patient.
