1Shyam Sunder· a year agoMy wife underwent a checkup for gallbladder stones under the care of Dr. B.P. Gupta at Shivalik Hospital. All necessary examinations and pre-anesthesia checks (PAC) were completed. I have a medical insurance policy, so I met with Mr. Mohan from the TPA department. He advised us to complete all tests by paying in cash. Following his instructions, we paid approximately ₹7,000 in cash for the tests. After the tests were completed, Mr. Mohan told us to go home and said
