1Naveen Chandra· 2 months agoAvoid this hospital! They charge premium rates but provide third-class service. The facility is dirty, and the nursing care is non-existent—we had to hunt people down just to change IV drips and injections. Don't risk your health here.

We reached the hospital around 3:30–4:00 AM with my husband, who was in severe abdominal pain due to kidney stones. This was a medical emergency. However, the way the hospital handled the situation was completely unacceptable. At the reception, the only staff member present was sleeping. After waiting for a few minutes, we had to wake him up ourselves
1krati Srivastava· a month agoIf I had the possibility of rating it lower than 1, i would have . Then hospital isn't hygienic and the staff forces you to admit yourself in the hospital. They aren't able to diagnose you properly and the medicine they gave weren't even for the problem diagnosed.

After admitting him, the hospital suddenly claimed he had TB and discharged him without proceeding with the treatment. We later consulted another hospital, where all tests confirmed that he did not have TB. This caused immense stress and inconvenience to our family. My brother was admitted for daycare treatment without waiting for reports, and unnecessary injections were given. Later, two different doctors confirmed that those injections were not required and were given in excessive quantity, which caused multiple boils on his body.
