1meghna srivastava· 3 months agoI visited Blossom Women Clinic for consultation with Dr. Jyoti Mishra, but unfortunately my overall experience was very disappointing. The biggest concern was the behaviour of the receptionist, Yogita. During two separate visits, she was consistently rude and unprofessional. When I requested a 7 PM appointment, she responded in a very dismissive tone, saying that if there were no patients, the doctor would not wait for an hour. On the day of the appointment,

The receptionist, Yogita, was highly rude and unprofessional across visits—she argued, disrespected appointment timings, and even shouted at me and my husband when we requested to speak with the doctor. Shockingly, she told us not to visit the clinic. The Max Lab coordination was equally poor, with repeated misinformation about report timelines. Despite witnessing everything, the do
