All the services initially from the doctor consultation, surgery, pre operation and post operation care was excellent. The people in the nursing staff department are very patient and caring. Recently I had some acute cardiac issues and hospital took utmost care during emergency. Dr Harsha,Dr Pankaj Banotra’s timely arrival and angioplasty saved my life. While the medical care is supposed to be their priority, the doctors seem more interested in rushing through consultations than taking responsibility for patient queries. The insurance desk is the most incompetent I have ever encountered; they provide conflicting information and are incredibly rude when asked for status updates. For a 'reputed' hospital, the lack of empathy and administrative chaos is shocking. Save y

Extremely supportive, patiently listens and gives appropriate solutions. We chose Brindavan hospital for the facilities available. The hospital management and staff were caring, atttentive and courteous. Overall it was good experience
