I recently visited Vikas Hospital in Govandi and had an incredibly unprofessional experience with the staff at the medical/pharmacy department(mehboob). The behavior of the staff was extremely arrogant and disrespectful. Dealing with patients and their families requires empathy, but here, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. Most shockingly, they were behaving very rudely with senior citizens, which is completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Whenever

In my opinion, the worst hospital experience till now. These people do not value human beings. They only care about how to get money from them and for that they go to any level. For any of their reports they charge any amount as per their wish and neither will they give you a proper bill for it. Specially their ICU department staff are not trustworthy people at all. My humble request is that all of you must think before going here. Go in emergency but do not stay

The service provide by them are not worth. Money is charging like Europe and Services is like somalia. staff behaviour is arrogant and un professional. Money charges is high. A small medicine cost 100 rs would charge 250+. There is zero etiquette for communication. It is better to take govt hospital instead of this Vishal nursing home. Third class … Better die.. So dirty and unhygienic place ….Staff is so rude especially the one on reception ill-mannered and next that RMO…. I’ll suggest go Somaiya or any other government hospital but not this place…
