Overall, a very good experience from the time we stepped in till we got the discharge. The Doctor at the OPD was very professional. He listened and understood the problems and noted down everything. The Doctor under whose care the patient was, is a world class doctor and is excellent at his work. Patient recovered quickly. The hospital staff and doctors were very helpful and supporting, sister shruti and support staff kavita mam and sheila mam was very helpful. Tanuja was also very helpful. Dr Ankita Mathur, Hats off to you and Dr Nida, you have explained everything very well. It was a very good experience. Hiii, I want to expose the unethical and exploitative behavior at SBS Hospital, specifically by Dr. Shagufta and receptionist Preeti Sathe. We trusted this hospital and paid ₹30,000 for a biopsy and ₹14,800 for a second visit—without any negotiation. Later, for a daycare diagnosis (normally ₹3,350 for 24 hours), we negotiated ₹2,500 since we only needed 7–8 hours and this procedure had to be repeated multiple times. The first session went fine. I had a very good experience at this hospital...The doctors are highly experienced and explain everything calmly and clearly which gives a lot of confidence to both the patient and family... The nursing staff is very cooperative & attentive, takes proper care of patients. Medicines and treatments are given on time and the overall care is well managed... The hospital maintains excellent cleanliness which is very important....
