I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital in Powai. We visited late at night for an emergency, expecting urgent care and basic human empathy. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The doctor’s behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful. I visited Dr. Aniket Mishra, a general physician, for my wife’s health concerns. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Without conducting any proper check-up other than blood pressure, or reviewing blood reports, he immediately suggested hospital admission and IV saline treatment. The doctors, nurses and admin staff is very efficiently working, very friedly and helpful The cost for treatments are very resonable. The property is old which need to be renuvated . Insurance claim work they are very fast and easly settle the claim. Thank you all team for your support and help.
