Our local doctor referred us to a pediatrician at your hospital and informed us that the pediatrician's OPD timings started at 5:00 PM. However, we were also told that the on duty doctor would examine my daughter so that she could receive appropriate treatment without delay. The doctors listened carefully to my problem and explained the treatment in simple words. The nursing staff was helpful and attentive. Within five days, a screw was visibly found near my right elbow, which should have been detected during initial treatment. This shows serious negligence.
