Dr. Priya Khamatkar spoke very calmly and made the whole situation feel less scary. She listened properly, asked the right questions, and explained the next steps in a clean simple way. The front-desk staff was friendly, and the counsellor really took time to learn about our medical history, the hygiene feels top-notch and any kindness from the staff never feels contrived.
