I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Navina and her entire team. Dr. Navina is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to answer all my questions, which made me feel confident and reassured throughout my treatment. A special thank you to the nurses—Radhika, Jyoti, and Sujata. They are all so cooperative, caring, and supportive. They always made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns with patience, and were there whenever I needed help.

Dr. Navina Singh is caring,transparent and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She is very informative and honest, I definitely recommend her and Birla IVF to anyone looking for help to start a family. Her staff is wonderful, the nurses are available on weekends/holidays, and front desk ladies feel like true friends, always willing to help.
