The hospital promotes treatment under Dr. Malay Sharma’s name, but the actual treatment was handled by another doctor. The staff behavior was also not professional in my experience. I was told that my liver condition was extremely serious and that immediate action was required. I was advised to un

Management seriously needs to improve professionalism and patient care. 1ISHAN IKRAM· a month agoMY HUMBLE REQUEST PLEASE PLACE SOMEONE WITH MORE ETIQUETTES AND HOSPITALITY AT RECEPTION doctor is fine but the appointment staff is soooo poor and rude i literally tried for an appointment at 10 am in the morning they said send your aadhar and it took 6 hours! yes literally 6 hours of me constantly calling them to ask if my appointment confirmed or not they didn't answered once keep disconnecting call
