The team at the health checkup section are excellent—very helpful and supportive—and that’s honestly what keeps me coming back. We had a wonderful experience at Yenepoya Specialty Hospital, Kodialbail, Mangalore, during my wife’s delivery. We reached the hospital at 6:30 AM as advised by Dr. Arun Kamath. She had told us to come whenever convenient and assured us she would arrive at any time. Once we informed the hospital, they immediately contacted her, and she reached within 5 minutes. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for a wheelchair during discharge, and eventually I had to walk all the way to the elevator myself. I also found that many of the services were quite time-consuming. Additionally, I felt that the billing process was not handled in a way that supported a smooth insurance claim. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this hospital to others seeking treatment.
