Absolute chaos at admissions and entry / payment counter .People hop hither and thither not knowing whats their fate. Centralized confusion . A simple system of decentralized admission and payment procedure (especially all payments are digitizer there is no room for fraud) at respective departments shall remove all this mess as if by a magic wand . But who will listen!?. They make you run one table to another 4 times for a simple payment. What a disaster !!

Absolutely disgraceful experience. My mother was admitted for an eye surgery, and the most exhausting part of the entire process turned out to be dealing with the insurance billing desk.
