1Punit Tripathi· 2 months agoVery Bad experience with this hospital. Hospital staff is totally unprofessional. Cleaning and Hygiene is very poor. No doubt Dr. Yadav is good. Having a good doctor alone isn't enough. Their staff, hospitality, and professionalism matter a lot for any hospital.
1Yogesh Mishra· 4 months agoI had a very unpleasant experience at this hospital. The staff is extremely ill-mannered and completely lacks basic courtesy and professionalism. From the reception to the support staff, no one seems to know how to speak respectfully to patients or their families. Instead of showing empathy and understanding — which is the bare minimum in healthcare — they behave rudely and dismiss concerns without proper explanation. Grateful for their expertise and kindness during my stay. I highly recommend this hospital for IVF, Infertility treatment and Orthopaedic surgery.
