My father was admitted to the ICU, and we had already paid approximately ₹ 3.5 lakh towards his treatment. Despite this, a medically advised tracheostomy procedure was reportedly put on hold due to pending payment. I have an audio recording in which a hospital representative clearly states that the surgery would not proceed because the outstanding amount had not been paid. When a patient

The staff is extremely well-trained and supportive. A special mention to Ms. Khushi Singh for her exceptional coordination throughout the process. The hospital maintains excellent cleanliness and offers truly reliable cardiac care. Highly recommended

Special thanks to the TPA department, especially Mr. Neeraj, for handling the cashless insurance process smoothly and efficiently. His guidance and quick support made everything stress-free.
