Absolutely a nightmare experience i hv unleashed in this organisation. Be extremely vigilant of their unprofessional services regarding critical cases ...you may get treated for minor illness but if its a major one, do avoid this organisation for your own safety. Even after making an appointment, you have to wait for 2/3 hours .. it is just a bad experience I have faced here .. another one is that the staffs are very careless , they don’t even think to inform the patient if doctors cancel the appointment.. in my tight schedule, somehow i managed time to book an appointment , and in the morning when I called them , they informed me that the doctor has cancelled the chamber for that day ,, what kind of behaviour is this?? My only complaint is that the wait time is too long. Even after making an appointment, we have to wait for three to fours hours to see the doctor. Basically, an entire morning or afternoon is spent waiting to see the doctor. What also irks me is that certain patients are allowed to go in soon upon their arrival. Once, when I enquired the reason for this discrepancy, a staff member informed me that they would be done in a few minutes and that they could not wait.
