The staff are incredibly polite, caring, and helpful — right from the security team to the front desk, nurses, pharmacy, and everyone involved in patient care. The centre is very neat and clean with a pleasant ambience that immediately gives a comforting and positive feeling. Ever since I have met Dr Prajnanika, I am in awe of her. She is everything a good doctor should be- compassionate, knowledgeable and empathetic. I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for everything. Special thanks to each and every staff member of phs from receptionist to nursing staff to pharmacist. Everything here is very nice. The ambiance,management, service is also very good. Especially the behavior of the doctors and staffs are very good. treatment process of PHS is ultramodern. Doctors here treat the patients very politely, carefully and cordially.Specially Dr. Prajnanika Gurung mam is consistently praised for her expertise,humble nature and guidance.
