Narayana hospital in Barasat one of the best hospital near the area around Madhyamgram and Barasat. It is bit of small functional operation body of Narayana group of hospital. Doctors are very helpful and the staff also very helpfull. It is not so very big operational body and sometimes the toilets are dirty like public toilets. I hope Hospital should notice about this. Extremely disappointing experience with Narayana Health Barasat. I had booked an Annual Health Check-up for my 72-year-old parents through Visit Health and received a confirmed appointment. I suggest to all the patients please don’t come on this Hospital, in the name of hospital its 2nd Sonagachi(for pt; loot) of Kolkata. Myself Anand kumar I was admitted in 26th april 2026 at 9:30 pm and got discharge 28th April 2026 And its not first time, it happened twice I suffered the same in 25/11/25 when I was met with a RTA *The billed is unnecessarily * The floor manager 2nd floor was too rude * The health services given and respond like you are Pagla Kukur.

Where should I start.... Extremely disappointed with Narayana Team and staff.... My mother was admitted in Narayana Barasat on 04/01/2026 under Dr.Swastik Purkait for Dialysis and Dr.Unmesh Chakraborty for surgery regarding AV Fistula.Thry both were fantastic Doctors but except the Doctors the rest of Team have absolutely horrible behaviour....Nurses don't brief whenever want to know about an update about reports they always say "let me call madam and the madam

Worst.. Terrible experience. Theyre here only for money. No emotions, assistance for patients. They only wants to steal your hard earned money. And nobody have proper idea of there job roles. Had experienced worst time for my dad. Make sure, you dont do the same. Doctors are terrible and zero professionalism specially Prashun banerjee The tpa desk have no clue, why theyre hired. So make sure, dont do the same mistake.
