The entire experience of birth was safe and satisfactory. They have a great balance between the care they provide both the healing mother & the infant. Dr. Shamita Ghosal was exceptional in guiding the would-be mother and then during the procedure & post-procedure for the recovery. I chose this hospital for my wife's second c-section and the service was excellent. The nurses were extremely patient, vigilant, on call available and well behaved. The rooms were clean and maintained on a regular interval. The food was also healthy and variant with good taste. My wife's doctor was Dr. Ushasi Mukherjee and her team who were extremely vigilant even after post delivery period. Overall a very wholesome experience
