I would like to state that the overall services of Lions North Calcutta Hospital are very good, and the staff members are helpful and cooperative. I sincerely appreciate their efforts. However, I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the prescription practices of certain doctors. I visited Lions North Calcutta Hospital & Medical Centre today (9th April 2026) at 4:30 PM for a consultation with Dr. Shyma Bandopadhyay (ENT). I was instructed to collect my token at 5:00 PM and did so. A senior citizen couple and two other patients were ahead of me in the queue. Would have given negative rating if I could. We have visited for eye checkup. Waited for more than 5hrs for them to call our names. They called all other people who submitted their paper way after us but they didn't bother to call us. Moreover they mispronounced our names when they actually called, couldn't figure out they were calling us or some other patients. Two men sits in Eye OPD room 1 has attitude problem. i tell you my own experience.. really they are so pathetic person every person expect guard all are so rude . one old women humiliate by eye checkup doctor. he talking so rudely . i was waiting there and i watched all his rude behaviour, and counter ticket ladies are so unprofessional. counter number 3 and 1, they talk like a maid. she's was so rude .. really i will never suggest to go there . if you have some extra money then go other hospital... my bad luck i came
