My experience was marred by the lack of a specific time slot; despite having an appointment, the opaque queue system made it impossible to know when the doctor would actually be available. This level of scheduling difficulty and "wait-time uncertainty" creates unnecessary

PRO Unit is also very much supportive and friendly. They were doing their job efficiently and nicely. Overall experience about this Hospital is very good for me.My 10 years son treatment went very nicely and he is getting recovery. This was not my first visit, and I have always found the report section staff helpful, prompt, and courteous, both in person and over the phone. I am very pleased with their service.
