Dear Hospital Management Team, Yesterday I visited your hospital, which is ranked among the top hospitals in Kolkata according to Google rankings. During my visit to the 1st floor, I noticed something that surprised me. The evacuation plan has been installed behind the reception area (opposite Room No. 39).
