1Malini Ghosh· a month agoGet better Receptionists. They look like they’re so upset that they have to help you and explain to things to Senior Citizens. What a disappointing experience. Aside from being unprofessional with time, they are also very arrogant. They will make you wait while attending to “potential patients” on the phone. Kindly train your staff better. The lady in the middle was of the reception counter needs to change her attitude.

The staff is extremely professional; the phlebotomist and X-ray technician were highly skilled, and the nurses were very kind to my 84-year-old grandmother. The front desk made the registration process quick and easy. Very impressed with the efficiency and behavior of the team!

A special appreciation goes to Nursing Staff Baishakhi dii, whose gentle approach and caring nature truly stood out. She speaks to everyone with kindness and administered the injection with such care that it barely hurt. Thank you, Baishakhi dii, for your exceptional patience, warmth, and professionalism. And thank you Apollo Clinic for providing such quality care and having such dedicated staf
