Overall, the experience was good. The nurses were helpful, caring, and professional throughout the stay. The cafeteria food was also excellent and much appreciated. Suggestions for Improvement: • Dustbins are available in the rooms, but toilets should also have dustbins for better hygiene and convenience. • The hospital provides hot drinking water, which is appreciated. This hospital seems more focused on business than patient care. The treatment costs are noticeably higher compared to other hospitals and they do not allow home cooked food, only meals prepared by hospital staff are permitted. Additionally only one caretaker is allowed to stay overnight with the patient, which becomes a serious issue in case of emergencies when extra help is needed. My experience at Putuonuo hospital was honestly one of the worst hospital experiences of my life. 1. The hospital staff were extremely unprofessional and seemed clueless most of the time. They couldn't even guide us properly when we needed help. 2. The security guards were unbelievably rude. They would enter rooms without even knocking , barging in and checking the room and washroom as if we were there to commit a crime. It was very disrespectful and uncomfortable. 3. Eve

My problem went misdiagnosed and dismissed for a very long time. After over a decade of suffering, I took an appointment at Putuonuo hospital,where my condition was diagnosed as Endometriosis by Dr. Theja. I had a surgery and I am doing much better. The staffs are very kind and compassionate as well . I always experience a supportive environment, very professional doctors and nurses whenever I visit the hospital.

Thank you Putuonuo Hospital! Honestly I'm really satisfied with all the staffs for being professional in their respective field and with the facilities provided. Keeping in mind the expenses, the value of saving a life is worth the investment. What makes it special is, an Assistant guides you from the time you arrived at the hospital as a patient, from getting an appointment , required test etc...till you get into your car to leave the hospital.
